  • Step 5: Processing, pre-assembly simulation and factory inspection

    Production is carried out in accordance with national standards, with pre-installation simulation in the factory, trial use and testing, and leaving the factory after passing the inspection.

  • Step 6: Monitor the arrival of goods. Inspection and feedback

    Monitor the arrival, inspection and feedback in a timely and accurate manner. Contact the user for installation only after the goods are complete.

  • Step 7: Dispatch workers to assist and cooperate with the user

    Confirm the on-site working conditions and the readiness of self-provided conditions, confirm the installation time, and coordinate with each service door to make adequate preparations.

  • Step 8: On-site installation service scope

    Make a budget for the on-site installation schedule, provide technical briefings for installation, standardize construction and ensure proper connection of workstations (the user is responsible for the self-provided parts by themselves).

  • Step 9: Use the prompts and hand over to the acceptance

    Explain the key points of usage and maintenance, hand over the user manual and warranty certificate, and conduct acceptance and handover.
