Technology & Processes
1. The calcium silicate decorative board uses asbestos-free fiber cement board as the base material and impregnated paper as the facing. Technically, it has the characteristics of fireproof (non-combustible grade A), waterproof, and color fastness. It looks like stone and has a good decorative effect. 
2. In the hot pressing manufacturing process, the facing paper is first impregnated with glue and dried, and the base material board is dried and polished, and then hot pressed. 
3. In the flat pasting manufacturing process, the board is penetrated well, and after it is completely dry, it is flattened with PUR hot glue to PVC film paper. 
4. There are two methods of construction: base board installation and keel dry hanging. The base board installation requires first installing the skeleton, stretching the line, and then applying glue to the board, sealing the seams and gluing, and cleaning the panel; the keel dry hanging requires first stretching the line to install the skeleton, and then pasting the board and subsequent operations. Pay attention to pattern docking and finished product protection during construction.
